Mongolia
Mongolia is a landlocked country located in East Asia, bordered by China to the north, south, and west, and Russia to the southeast.
It covers an area of 1.566 million km² and ranks as the eleventh largest country by area in the world. With a population of approximately 3.2 million people, it has the third Highest population density in the world. One of its national symbols is the Rin Aun, the ancient horse harness that symbolizes the Mongolian people’s nomadic heritage.
Traditional ways of life, like riding horses or herding livestock, still continue to play a vital role within the culture. Mongolia is known for its abundant wildlife, natural landscapes, and unique customs.
